You can schedule your delivery at checkout. Delivery is available in Toronto and the GTA. You can pick up at our studio at 2700 Dufferin St, Toronto.

Depending on the size of the order we may be able to do deliveries outside of the GTA (i.e: to a cottage)

If your order is outside of the GTA please contact us at sales@anakarina.ca before placing your order to check for availability.

We use only the best quality balloons in the market and we treat all our floating balloons with high-float, a special non-toxic, water soluble product that greatly extends the floating time of the balloons. However, balloons float time greatly varies based on temperature, environment and handing.

Balloons should not remain in bags. Always unbag balloons as soon as you can safely place them to ensure the best possible float time.

We understand sometimes life happens and you may need to make changes or cancel your order.

All orders can easily be changed or canceled up to 5 days before its scheduled delivery date. After this period has passed, the order becomes final and non refundable due to the fact that Ana Karina Balloons has committed to purchasing inventory, starting production and reserving a delivery slot.

WARNING: Children under 8 years and pets can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep un-inflated balloons from children and pets. Discard broken balloons at once.
