We understand sometimes life happens and you may need to make changes or cancel your order. 

 

All orders can easily be changed or canceled up to 5 days before its scheduled delivery date. After this period has passed, the order becomes final and non refundable due to the fact that Ana Karina Designs Inc. has committed to purchasing inventory, starting production and reserving a delivery slot.
