Finding the right product

 

You can go to the menu SHOP ALL if you would like to see all the products we have available. You will find filters available to narrow your search based on either/or the Collection (category), Occasion, who is the gift for (him, her or children) and budget.

 

Once you find the right product you can easily customize it (if applicable), add it to your cart, pick the day and time of delivery and place the order.

 

Custom designs

 

We love doing custom designs for our customers. The best way to communicate your idea with us is by sending an email to sales@anakarina.ca. Please send references of the idea(s) that you have in mind. You can find inspiration or the best product in our own store, our instagram (@akballoons) or any other photo that you find online.

 

Once we receive your email please allow 24h for us to reply with a proposal and quote. Once you are satisfied with the proposal we will send you an invoice to start the order. Please be advised that we only start production once the invoice has been paid.

 

Events & Decorations

 

We are professionals at transforming any place into a dreamy unforgettable venue with balloons. It doesn’t matter if it is a small garland in your backyard, a stunning decor in your front porch or a big venue for thousands of people. We have the experience and expertise to make it happen.

 

To start, simply go to EVENTS and check some inspiration or go directly to REQUEST QUOTE and fill the form. It always helps to receive images of the ideas that you have in mind. We will reply in less than 24h with a quote or with questions to make sure we capture all your ideas.

 

If you require visiting a venue we may ask for a non-refundable deposit of $200 that will be added as part of your final payment

 

Delivery eligibility

 

We deliver in Toronto and the rest of the GTA. 

 

Sometimes we have clients requesting products or decorations outside our regular delivery area (cottages, chalets, etc) If when checking out your postal code is not accepted please reach out to us at sales@anakarina.ca to check if we have availability to deliver that day outside our regular delivery area. Remember to mention which product you are looking for.

 

Curbside Pickup

 

We currently don’t offer curbside pickup.
